Payment

Paypal payment is accepted for all Tea & Ceremony orders placed via Big Cartel, Etsy and Folksy.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to pay via Paypal using your credit or debit card. 

Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class within Mainland UK and Royal Mail Airmail for International orders.

Returns

I hope that you love your Tea & Ceremony item.

However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to me either for exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery.

A full refund or exchange will only be given when I have received the returned goods. Items must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

Any delivery costs for the return will be at the buyer's expense.
